Cheers to That!
You get your daily fix of booze or alcohol everyday- washing off what you had for lunch with your boss, after work in the afternoon with your workmates, or cocktails before dinner with your father-in-law. While others may argue it is just a social call, you just simply can’t get enough of your “energy-booster” drink. As this may affect of how you perform accordingly, being in control while you are drinking should be your topmost priority. You wouldn’t want to be making a fool out of yourself just because you had too much to drink.
You have many obligations when you drink, too. You must not let the alcohol consume you. As they say, put the drink in your stomach, not on your head. This may involve more social issues and may present you facts that will deter you from drinking your next glass. But researches found that one drink a day is healthy. More is definitely, not. And in this age of supersizing, remember that a drink equals just 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of liquor. Anything more than this share everyday will prove to be unhealthy for you.
You wouldn’t want to let your liver roast, would you?!
